OVERVIEW

Singita hotel's 6 tents at the site of the Mara River in the Lamai Triangle with seasonal game interest. Singita Mara River Tented Camp is located in Lamai area open to general public access. Plains game such as zebra, lion, buffalo and elephant are spotted in the rocky kopjes and riverine forest. The camp’s tone sets a classic vibe; no generators. All solar-powered for natural sounds of the bush. White canvas with views from the window screens and indoor baths, an outdoor shower, and a viewing deck with slip-covered chair.

Mara River tented camp

Experimental design: White sail canvas, pale wood, local beadwork, traditional blue-red Maasai plaid fabric & all leather furniture. On account of very heavy rain, camp will close annually from March 15 through May 30. Luggage weight for safari flights: 33lbs per person, packed in a soft sided medium-sized duffel bag with no wheels. Suitcases and hard luggage not permitted. Children 10-yrs or older only; ages up to 16yrs when sharing with parents.
